siera: Generate Analysis Results Programmes Using ARS Metadata

Analysis Results Standard (ARS), a foundational standard by CDISC (Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium), provides a logical data model for metadata describing all components to calculate Analysis Results. <https://www.cdisc.org/standards/foundational/analysis-results-standard> Using 'siera', ARS metadata is ingested (JSON format), producing R programmes to generate Analysis Results Datasets (ARDs). Supports arbitrary-depth table structures, multi-value conditions, data-driven groupings, and CDISC-compliant ARD column stamping.

Concepts and conventions
Why an ARD? | The siera pipeline | The seven ARS sections siera consumes | ARS metadata is JSON | Reading an ARD row: CDISC traceability columns | Which rows should exist? Pre-defined vs. data-driven categories

ARD program structure
My ARD program has been auto-generated: What can I expect? | Analysis-level code to calculate ARDs | Step 1: Apply "Analysis Set" to ADaM(s) | Step 2: Apply "Data Subset" | Step 3: Apply "Method" | Step 4: Link the ARD to the ARS metadata | Prefer to see everything spelled out? | Final steps | Result formatting: res, pattern and disp | Deeper tables and more groupings | Example

Making use of cards and cardx

Exporting ARDs as Dataset-JSON
What is Dataset-JSON, and why should you care? | Turning it on | What the export section looks like | You need the datasetjson package where the script runs | Running the script and finding the file | Reading it back | How columns are prepared | Using your own labels | Where next?
